Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who attended our last Cacao & Somatic Breathwork ceremony! We had such a great turnout that we decided to host another ceremony at the Shire for Winter Solstice on December 22nd!

The winter is a time of deep reflection, solitude, and stillness. Sometimes, we find ourselves lost in the dark, scared of what has been buried deep within us, or stuck in some aspect of our lives and unsure of how to proceed. Sometimes the path before us isn’t clear, and we may have no idea of how to move forward. 

This ceremony will bring light to your path, allowing you to go from confusion to clarity in no time! It will allow you to safely uncover what’s been buried within, transmute any darkness, and connect to your true self, to bring courage, understanding, and illumination to your life. 

About the Cacao:

This powerful ceremony will feature pure, 100% ethically harvested cacao from the Amazon rainforest in Ecuador, carefully cultivated and prepared to maximize its healing potential. Ceremonial cacao helps to ground, center, and balance, aiding in meditation practice. 

Known to ancient Aztecs and Mayans as “The Food of the Gods,” cacao is a heart healing, heart opening medicine. It helps to open the blood pathways and lower blood pressure while providing many beneficial vitamins and minerals. Cacao is anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and lowers cholesterol.

Unlike the highly processed, typical chocolate you buy from the grocery store, (which usually has less than 2% actual cacao) ceremonial cacao is different because it has not been defatted and is minimally processed under low temperatures to maximize its health benefits. 🤎

About the Breathwork

This exclusive solstice ceremony will feature a guided somatic breathwork journey with Celeste Terre, founder of Mind, Body, Breath, Connect, and certified Somatic IQ breathwork practitioner, nutritionist, yoga teacher and angelic healing channel.

Celeste discovered her mission through her journey of overcoming trauma and abuse, deprogramming false narratives, and finding her truest state of being within her heart. She dedicates herself to living the freedom she believes in. 

Somatic Release Breathwork played a pivotal role in her journey, unlocking deep transformation through the divine intelligence of the body and the essence of life as breath. She incorporates grounding, chakra healing and activation, meditation, and working with angels to guide others in embodying their highest selves.

🌟 About the Ceremony 🌟

• We’ll begin the ceremony with with astrological guidance and celestial wisdom from professional astrologer Taylor Shelp of Master Key Astrology
• Then, Crystle Castle will share some spiritual insights and wisdom from the Amazon jungle (she just got back from a week of training and mentorship with her shaman teacher Manari Ushigua of the Sapara tribe!) 
• She will serve the heart-opening ceremonial cacao followed by a guided meditation to connect with the Earth, our Ancestors, and guides 
• Then Celeste Terre will lead us on a journey of powerful guided Somatic Release Breathwork, integrating mind, body, and spirit, facilitating deep exploration of self, releasing old patterns, and healing
• We’ll end the ceremony with a short circle for sharing our experiences, journaling, and enjoying some snacks!

• Location: The Shire Intentional living community in the North End of Boise, ID (address provided upon registration)

• Please bring: warm clothing, a yoga mat, cozy blankets, pillow, water bottle, journal and pen, and chapstick (breathwork can make your lips dry!)
