Thai Yoga Massage

Thai yoga massage is a deeply relaxing therapy using stretching, acupressure, compression, and various Eastern massage techniques to loosen tight muscles, improve organ health, and balance energy. In Thai Massage the client is fully clothed and the session is done on a Thai mat on the floor. Clients are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and not to come with a full stomach. *If you have injuries of any kind, please ask me before scheduling.

Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Gently massaging oil on Mom’s tummy helps moisturize skin to aid stretch mark healing and makes baby feel loved too! Specially-designed massage cushions and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen and encourage total comfort during the massage. Often extra attention is needed at the low back and feet. Special care is given to avoid labor inducing acupressure points.

Reflexology Treatment

Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet, hands and ears to help detect energy imbalances and improve energy flow throughout your body. This technique is based in Chinese medicine, which states that all the meridians off your body connect with your organs also connect with the nerve endings in the hands, feet and ears.

Canine Massage

The benefits of massage therapy for your dog are very apparent. Dogs, like humans, respond positively to touch. This is evident when they respond to your petting and rubbing. Yet most people do not understand the techniques best suited to really help ease the pain. Massage therapy is both a preventative measure and a solution for pain and suffering your pet my endure. (*Please note that I do not offer pet service in office. Therefore, this price includes a $20 travel fee for traveling to your home.)

CranioSacral Therapy?

Cranial sacral therapy (also known as CranioSacral therapy or CST) is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. It was pioneered and developed by Osteopathic Doctor John Upledger in the 1970’s. CST techniques are used to increase resistance to disease and are effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including: Migraine Headaches, Chronic Neck and Back Pain.

What can CranioSacral Therapy do for you?

A CranioSacral Therapist feels and observes the cranial rhythm and pulse of cerebral spinal fluid, just as other practitioners listen to the body’s pulse, heart beat or respiratory system. She works on improving your cerebral spinal flow, relieving tension, blockages and disruption in the nervous system.
